I went from the corporate grind to successfully scaling 2 businesses, my network marketing business and my coaching business, to over 7-Figures. 

After building my direct sales business to 6-figures on part-time hours in less than 2 years, I was able to retire from my corporate job.  

I did this by learning how to recruit the right people, and with my 14 years experience in leadership development working for Dr. John C Maxwell, implementing mentorship systems that created duplication and downline depth. 

I continued to grow the business, retired my husband, and in 2020, started coaching women across the industry sharing my signature recruiting system and framework for building a business that feels like home. 

I’ve worked with over 60 Multi-6 & 7 figure clients, and thousands in the social selling industry.  My clients have not only created insane, best in industry results, but have done it in a way that honors other priorities in their lives like family, wellness, and faith.
