Sometimes recruiting can feel like it’s out of y Sometimes recruiting can feel like it’s out of your control. ⁣ That’s not true. It just requires a willingness to get uncomfortable. ⁣ ⁣ It’s kind of like learning to ride a bike. ⁣ ⁣ You know the basic steps: Get on the bike. Pedal. Try to keep your balance as you pick up your speed. ⁣ ⁣ But, just knowing the steps isn’t enough. You have to get on the bike and be ok with the wobbles as you go. ⁣ ⁣ I call this messy action. ⁣ ⁣ The same holds true for recruiting to your business. ⁣ ⁣ There are 3 simple steps to follow: ⁣ 1. Meet New People ⁣ 2. Add Value 3. Offer to help them ⁣ Instead of worrying, avoiding or comparing yourself to others, what if you committed to taking action in these 3 areas? ⁣ As you work the steps, thinking about the woman out there who needs your help. Visualizing the woman who is praying for the opportunity you’re offering. ⁣ Then, each week, you reflect back to evaluate what’s working, and what you can do differently to improve in each step. ⁣ ⁣ Here’s why this works: Because taking action creates experience and evaluated experience leads to the results. ⁣ ⁣ Those wobbles you feel? I have coached thousands of women over the span of the past 20 years, and one of the biggest stumbling blocks holding them back - fear of judgment. Truth is, there is no path in business (or life) that is free of judgment. Don’t allow the opinions of a few people stop you from pursuing who you are meant to be. They’re probably not your ideal audience anyway. Replace the need for validation with the need for alignment. HINT: Get around women who align with your future and inspire you to level up. Do you ever wake up feeling self-doubt - like your Do you ever wake up feeling self-doubt - like your brain is telling you that what you want for your business isn’t possible for you? Let me encourage you: Nothing has gone wrong here. This is normal and what your brain is designed to do. It wants to keep you safe and avoid possible rejection & failure. So…. when you feel doubt it is actually a sign that you are growing and on the right track. You are moving out of your comfort zone toward the next version of you. My brain will still sometimes tell me I can’t. My go-to response is to remind myself that nothing has gone wrong, and this is what it feels like to scale a Multi-Million business. Then, I do it anyway. I actually celebrate the fact that the unsettled feeling I have is growth. We are always in control of what we believe. So when a thought that creates doubt pops in your brain you can redirect it. It’s great to have an action plan, but….equally as important to have a belief plan - what you want to think on purpose when you are feeling doubt. A key difference between a traditional corporation and network marketing👉 It’s pretty unlikely you’ll have the same earning potential as the CEO in a corporation. On the other hand, social selling offers equal opportunity with unlimited earning potential. You’re important and valuable because you decide You’re important and valuable because you decide you are. Not because of an award, rank or that someone at corporate knows your name. You don’t need your rank to prove anything about you. Your beliefs can’t be earned. You just decide what you want to believe, and practice thinking it until it becomes second nature. If you aren’t sure where to start, here are a few of my favorites: “I have nothing to prove- I’m whole & complete.” “I’m gifted and one-of-a-kind. The world needs what I have to offer.” “I’m becoming the leader I’m meant to be.” “I am showing up in love and service- that alone is transformative to my audience.” I hope this reaches the woman it’s meant to serve. Let them. Not everyone will celebrate that you’re growing and changing because it reminds them that they’re not.
